Dance. Take the Floor ™ website is owned and operated by S&L Dance Company Pty Ltd (ABN: 11 813 293 577). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree with the terms, conditions, disclaimers herein. If you choose to purchase an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. S&L Dance Company Pty Ltd may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time; any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by the amended Terms & Conditions.

Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions

All material on this site including, but not limited to software design, branding, logos, images, illustrations, text, audio and video clips is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights which are solely owned and controlled by S&L Dance Company Pty Ltd. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sold or distributed in any way, including by email or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of S&L Dance Company Pty Ltd. Use of the information on www.dancetakethefloor.com.au is solely for your personal, non commercial use. Use for any purpose other than personal, non commercial use is a violation of the copyright and trademark and is prohibited.

The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought or enforced under the Laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Pricing

All prices quoted on this website include GST (Goods & Services Tax) and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include freight, postage and handling. Freight, postage and handling costs will be additional and will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation notification

Duties/Taxes

If you are purchasing from outside Australia, there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren’t reflected in our prices. We advise you to check with your local Customs Office for these charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for deliveries within that country. All duties, taxes or additional handling fees for delivery outside Australia are the customer's responsibility. S&L Dance Company Pty Ltd is not responsible for the payment of these additional duties, taxes, charges.

Refunds

At S&L Dance Company all goods are carefully checked before they are dispatched and our products are all securely packaged for transport. If you have any queries or concerns in relation to the goods you have received, please email our Customer Service department at info@dancetakethefloor.com.au.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, the goods must be returned to us within 7 days of order at your expense. If this occurs, any payment made will be credited, less the cost of freight, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original, sealed packaging. Where the original packaging has been removed or damaged in any way, NO refund will be paid for returned goods.

Should you need to cancel your order, S&L Dance Company must receive written confirmation by email or facsimile within 24 hours of placing the order. If the product has not yet been dispatched, the payment will be refunded less a $10 administration fee.

Cancellations that are received after 24 hours of placing the order will be charged at 50% of the total order value, providing the goods have not yet been dispatched. If product has been dispatched, S&L Dance Company’s Refunds policy applies.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online will only be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was placed

Delivery Delays

S&L Dance Company uses Australia Post for delivery of goods to customers. From time to time, there may be delays in customers’ receipt of product due to problems incurred by Australia Post. These delays are outside the control of S&L Dance Company and the company takes no responsibility for delays in receipt of product.

Confidentiality

While every attempt will be made to maintain confidentiality of the personal information you provide, S&L Dance Company Pty Ltd does not guarantee that your use of this website will be confidential. S&L Dance Company Pty Ltd is not responsible for any harm that you or any person may suffer as a result of a breach of confidentiality with respect to your use of this website.

Fraud

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. S&L Dance Company Pty Ltd does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
